C, A and A....FUN afternoon in the Leaves

So, I know these cats pretty well......C pops in at my house on a regular basis...and I LOVE IT.  He's usually got his skate board in tow.....a typical neighborhood friend stopping by to "play" - old school.  All three are good friends with my children......and little Miss A is my god-daughter.

Little A tried to tell me she's "afraid" of having her picture taken.  No problem girl, we'll get it on the sly.....you won't even know it most of the time.  But....if you ask me....she takes a pretty cute picture for not liking the camera.

Thanks for a fun, fall afternoon.  The weather, moods, colors and leaves were perfect.  C, you sure are a sweet big brother.  And A, why is it that every time I see you I want to pinch, smoosh and tackle you?  I enjoyed my afternoon with you guys....

Are you supposed to be this STINKIN CUTE?

My word...I had me some fun with these two....they showed up and were ready - to - go!  Neither wiped the smile off his or her face.  And, I'm not totally sure, but I think they actually like each other!  Shocking for siblings, right?  Well, their mama is one of my all-time favorites.  She also always has a smile and can make me laugh with one, simple, one-word pops.

You're doing a good job, Mama.  These two are happy, fun-loving and life is good.  Thanks so much for having me over....I had a great time laughing.

ARTICLE 5 Salon...Styling hair for the 4th Annual Local Color Fashion Show and Benefit

I spent Sunday night at Chai Restaurant for the 4th annual LOCAL COLOR FASHION SHOW and BENEFIT.  Article 5 Salon owner, Candy Herriott, called me about shooting this event to capture the various hair styles she and her team were going to be fixin up on the models.  WOW is all I can say - there were 4 of them...and...like magic - they blew through about 45 girls and produced some MAJOR hair do's within no time.  Thanks for having me, Candy.  Fabulous night of fashion for a great cause.

Lollipop, Football and Lots of Kiddo's on the Playground...

So, sweet Jessica contacted me to capture her cute family....and I'm like "Oh yeah, meet you here at this time...it will be great!"  It was great....until about 1 minute after our appointment.  The flood gates opened and everybody and their mother (Literally!) showed up to play.  It was c-h-a-o-t-i-c.  We got through it though - no worries.   I mean, don't wait on the photo shoot....let the photo shoot wait on you! (Oh no she didn't...sorry Barron, couldn't resist)  Thanks for the fun afternoon.  I hope we didn't get malaria rolling around in the skeeters and grass!!
